We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in advanced beauty treatments and committed to delivering high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional microblading treatments with precision and hygiene
- Provide lip shading services tailored to client preferences
- Conduct a variety of facials based on skin types and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workspace
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Promote services through social media and client engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in microblading, lip shading, and facial treatments
- Certification or relevant training in beauty therapy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Must have an active Instagram page showcasing previous work
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the beauty industry
Compensation
- 50% commission-based salary (based on services performed)
