You will ensure that every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and luxury service.
Welcome clients with confidence and warmth, creating a seamless and elevated arrival experience.
Understand the purpose of each visit and guide guests smoothly through their journey within the salon.
Oversee and manage the appointment calendar with precision, ensuring an optimal flow of services and an impeccable client experience throughout the day.
Coordinate closely with technicians to maintain perfect timing and service efficiency.
Handle all incoming calls and client communications with clarity and professionalism, providing accurate information and ensuring all inquiries are managed promptly.
Act as a knowledgeable advisor by presenting services, treatments and products in a refined manner, assisting clients in making tailored decisions aligned with their individual preferences.
Manage bookings, walk-ins and last-minute changes with composure and efficiency, maintaining a calm and controlled front-of-house environment at all times.
Deliver a high level of client care by handling special requests, sensitive situations and feedback with discretion, ensuring all concerns are resolved to the highest standard.
Maintain strict confidentiality and responsibility for salon operations, including secure handling of keys and adherence to internal procedures.
Ensure the reception area and overall salon environment consistently reflects a clean, elegant and well-organized luxury setting.
Support revenue growth through thoughtful service recommendations and subtle, professional upselling aligned with the brand experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate client profiles, building long-term relationships and ensuring a personalized return experience.
Participate in ongoing training to uphold and exceed service standards within a luxury environment.
Manage financial transactions with accuracy and integrity, including daily cash handling, reconciliation and reporting in line with operational requirements.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Experience
- Zenoti System : 1 year (Preferred)
- Salon receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
