Role Overview
Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience as a highly skilled make-up artist and Beauty Advisor.
The role combines creative and technical make-up expertise, customer education, visual merchandising, and in-store events.
Responsibilities
- Educate and delight customers through creative and technical make-up expertise.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store achieves high visual-merchandising standards.
- Help the store stand out against competitors through presentation and customer experience.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but amateur-level experience is welcomed.
- Applicants must demonstrate a high level of creative and technical make-up expertise.
- Applicants must provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Applicants must be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is required.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country may be required if invited to interview.
