About the Role
Beauty Solutions Trading is seeking a Beauty Advisor for KSA to represent beauty brands in Riyadh stores. The role involves maximizing sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and operational duties.

Responsibilities
- Represent beauty brands by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and sales techniques
- Perform operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards
- Demonstrate excellent selling skills and recommend customer specific products
- Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product
- Report personal daily sales to head office at end of each shift
- Create and maintain a customer database to be shared with head office monthly
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Beauty Advisor
- Saudi national
- Passionate about beauty, particularly skincare and hair care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English and Arabic fluency
- Flexible to work across multiple stores in Riyadh

Objective
- Represent beauty brands by maximizing and contributing to sales through exceptional customer service, retail experience and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Must possess knowledge of varied beauty products and accessories.
- Demonstrate excellent selling skills.
- Recommend and link sell customer specific products.
- Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer services.
- Brand representation at required standards with updated product knowledge.
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers.
- Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store.
- Ensure highest standards of housekeeping.
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
- Must be presentable and well groomed at all times.
- Report personal daily sales to head office at end of each shift.
- Convert window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
The Candidate
- Beauty Advisor with at least 1 year of experience.
- Saudi national.
- Passionate about beauty, particularly Skincare and Hair Care.
- Strong understanding of customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and sense of initiative.
- English and Arabic is a must.
- Location in Key Beauty stores in Riyadh, flexible to work across multiple stores.
