Responsibilities
- Provide professional skin care consultations and recommend suitable products and treatments
- Greet and assist customers, explaining product benefits and usage
- Achieve retail sales targets through personalized service
- Maintain a clean and organized display area and manage stock levels
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent customer experience
- Participate in training sessions and provide client feedback
Requirements
- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care
- Solid product knowledge across cosmeceuticals and aesthetic treatments
- Demonstrated customer service skills including active listening and empathy
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty or aesthetic clinics
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology or aesthetics
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, including weekends or shifts

Role Description
- The Beauty Advisor role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, providing professional skin care consultations and product recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Support clients by providing professional skin care consultations, recommending suitable products and treatments, and demonstrating correct application techniques
- Greet and assist customers, explaining product benefits and usage
- Maintain up to date knowledge of mesoestetic’s portfolio
- Achieve retail sales targets through personalized service
- Maintain a clean and organized display area, manage stock levels
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high quality customer experience
- Represent the brand’s standards, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback from clients
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care
- Solid product knowledge across cosmeceuticals and aesthetic treatments
- Demonstrated customer service skills including active listening, empathy, and professional communication
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field is highly beneficial
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, including weekends or shifts
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene and safety protocols
