Define and control Engineering scope of work;

Provide input to overall Project EPM for developing the overall Project Engineering Plan (budget and planning of the assigned engineering scope);

Review & Endorse the engineering resource plan prepared by Discipline Leaders for the assigned scope of work for engineering.

Assemble the engineering team in consultation with the Discipline Leaders and Lead Engineers.

Align multi disciplines towards common objective;

Manage the execution of the engineering scope in compliance with the contract, applicable rules & regulation, internal systems & standards, resulting in a safe, operable and cost effective design;

Address all interface issues with other departments and proactive to avoid rework on deliverables.

Organize design reviews and implement review results;

Manage and resolve site design queries.

Wherever required advise/implement latest and cost effective solutions in consultation with PMT.

REQUIREMENTS

BE/BTech or ME/MTech within any relevant engineering discipline (e.g. Structure, Mechanical, Process etc.)

Minimum 15 years of Engineering experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Industry.

Experience on site preferred as a discipline lead as well as international experience in multi-disciplinary projects.

Furthermore you have the following skills and experience: Team Management experience; Experience with Floating Oil & Gas solutions is preferred; Broad knowledge of different offshore Oil & Gas production systems; Well-developed contractual awareness; Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally.
