Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound activities (calls, emails, social selling)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs and potential fit
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Research target accounts and key decision-makers across priority industries
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM tools
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
- Join us if:
- 1 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Strong interest in SaaS, technology, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic (for Doha) or Spanish (for Madrid) or any other language is a plus
- Based in Doha or Madrid, or willing to relocate
- Nice to have:
- Previous experience in SaaS, MarTech, or tech startups
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Exposure to international markets or multicultural environments
