Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans and maintain a pipeline aligned with company growth goals in the IC and DoD markets.
- Identify opportunities via resources like eBuy, GovTribe, and SAM.
- Shape opportunities through white papers, RFIs, and customer engagements while promoting the company brand.
- Support capture and proposal efforts, ensuring alignment throughout the business development lifecycle.
- Conduct opportunity analysis, prepare proposals, and lead responses to government solicitations.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies, provide pipeline updates, and integrate project management principles.
Required
Strong customer network within IC and DoD; knowledge of major programs and acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated success winning high-value federal contracts and building sales pipelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with federal procurement processes, including FAR/DFAR.
Desired
Experience with IC/DoD technologies, GSA schedules, and capture process training.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
10+ years in business development, with 5+ years of winning proposal efforts.
