Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with a background in Finance and Accounting to drive client acquisition and business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge combined with excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in accounting and financial services
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Promote services including bookkeeping, VAT/tax, auditing, and financial consulting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, Accounts, or a related role
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE market (VAT, corporate tax knowledge is a plus)
- Background in accounting firms or financial services
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage
