The BCBA for Student Services Districtwide, will provide development and direct supervision of ABA programming as well as other behavioral programs in the district for a total of 40 hours in middle school and high school as needed.
In addition, the BCBA will provide direct service and consultation to staff members for students with challenging behaviors.
Services may include: functional behavioral assessment, behavior plan development, development of individualized skill building curricula, staff and parent training, and consultation to all stakeholders.
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Salary range $85,000 - $95,000 annual salary, commensurate based on experience.
Work year is an 11-month schedule (206 work days = 186 days per the teacher work calendar, plus 20 additional days over the summer).
