- Prepare BBQ and grilled items on a traditional Pakistani/Indian charcoal grill
- Prepare Pakistani/Indian Kababs, Tikka, Lamb Chops and other BBQ items
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation
- Ensure food hygiene, kitchen safety and food storage standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BBQ or Grill Chef
- Strong experience cooking BBQ and grilled items on a traditional Pakistani/Indian charcoal grill
- Experience in preparing Pakistani/Indian Kababs, Tikka, Lamb Chops and other BBQ items
- Good knowledge of marination, charcoal heat control and grilling techniques
- Ability to maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation
- Knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety and food storage standards
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours

- AED 1,700.00 AED 2,000.00 per month
