Position Summary
Create memorable and unique guest experiences through beverage service and attentive hospitality.
Serve as both a beverage expert and host of the bar space.
Anticipate and deliver guest needs while maintaining high service and quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare quality beverages and monitor trends, local offerings, and evolving guest needs.
- Keep the bar looking and functioning flawlessly.
- Build relationships across the hotel and in the community to support guest service.
- Pay close attention to money handling, guest information, and drink quality.
- Follow company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
- Protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and maintain a clean professional appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of related work experience.
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a standalone or high-end specialty bar or restaurant is strongly preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Workplace and Schedule
- The position is full time.
- The position is not remote and requires hands-on work in the bar environment.
