In your first 12-24 months, you'll have opportunities to:

• Expand your beverage knowledge and hospitality expertise.
• Develop skills in event service and upscale dining operations.
• Support training and mentoring of new team members.
• Take on increased responsibilities during special events and high-volume service periods.
• Explore advancement opportunities into Bartender II, Lead Bartender, or Dining Services leadership roles.

Base Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience, skills, and shift).
