Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, coffees and non-alcoholic drinks consistently to recipe and presentation standards.
Welcome and engage guests at the bar with warmth, confidence and personality, making recommendations based on their tastes and the occasion.
Build strong knowledge of the full beverage offer, ingredients, brands, allergens and preparation methods.
Complete daily mise en place, garnishes, batching and bar set-up to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation, glassware and presentation throughout the shift.
Work closely with the floor team to manage drink tickets accurately and maintain strong service times.
Follow correct stock rotation, requisition and wastage procedures and report shortages or quality issues promptly.
Handle POS transactions and payments accurately in line with company procedures.
Support tastings, menu launches, events and activations and contribute ideas that can improve the guest experience.
Support other Food & Beverage outlets when required, bringing the same standards and collaborative approach.
Follow licensing, responsible alcohol service, food safety and Health & Safety requirements at all times.
You have previous bartending experience in a premium bar, restaurant, luxury hotel or high-quality lifestyle venue.
You have solid cocktail and beverage knowledge and a genuine interest in continuing to learn.
You are naturally engaging and enjoy creating a connection with guests while staying attentive to the wider bar.
You work cleanly, quickly and accurately and remain calm when service gets busy.
