Position Summary

Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences through beverage service and broader hospitality support.

Use beverage knowledge and expertise to operate the bar effectively and respond to guest needs.

Serve as a host of the bar space with attention to drinks, information, money handling, and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor new trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs.
  • Keep the bar looking and functioning flawlessly.
  • Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
  • Follow policies and procedures, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
  • Perform extended standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling as part of the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Workplace and Schedule

  • The position is located at Al Mamsha Street in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The schedule is full time.
  • The position is not remote and is classified as non-management.
