Position Summary

Create memorable and unique guest experiences beyond mixing drinks.

Serve as a beverage enthusiast and host who takes ownership of guest service.

Use beverage knowledge and expertise to keep the bar operating and presented to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new trends, micro-local offerings, and changing guest needs.
  • Build relationships across the hotel and in the community to anticipate guest needs.
  • Pay close attention to cash handling, information provided to guests, and drink quality.
  • Follow safety procedures, company policies, asset protection requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional appearance expectations.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
