Job Duties
- Receiving and order guests’ meals and communicate clearly to the kitchen staff of any special requirements
- Preparing and serve alcoholic beverages to guests following all AGLC and PURE policies and procedures
- Following all standardized drink recipes
- Handling bar inventory counts as assigned
- Serving food and beverages to guests following proper standards and guidelines
- Using suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience
- Interacting with guests and respond knowledgeably to inquiries about the menu, prices, promotions, specials, services and features of the casino
