- Prepare and serve innovative cocktails and beverages to guests.
- Deliver exceptional guest experience and service.
- Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and wine.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury or high end hospitality environment
- Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent English communication skills
- Positive attitude and team focused mindset
- Ambition to grow within an international luxury hospitality brand
- Mixology or flair bartending experience preferred
- WSET Level 1 certification or strong wine knowledge preferred
- Fluency in French, Italian or Spanish preferred
