Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages
- Follow standard recipes and venue guidelines
- Welcome guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock supplies
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Solid Food & Beverage and Bartending skills
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of local and international beverages and basic mixology techniques is an advantage
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial

Role Description
- The Bartender is a full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar.
- Responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes and venue guidelines.
- Day to day tasks include welcoming guests, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocks supplies, and adheres to all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Works closely with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth service and consistent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Solid Food & Beverage and Bartending skills, including drink preparation, product knowledge, and responsible service practices.
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of local and international beverages and basic mixology techniques is an advantage.
