Role Objective
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests while supporting front-of-house service.
Maintain clean dining, bar, stockroom, and food and beverage storage areas.
Contribute to beverage innovation and remain aware of beverage trends and competitors.
Key Accountabilities
- Take beverage orders from front-of-house staff and prepare them efficiently and consistently.
- Follow the brand's sequence of service for every guest.
- Maintain menu knowledge and follow company policies and procedures.
- Assist with reasonable tasks outside the bartender role when directed by line managers.
- Support team members and provide attentive guest service.
Hygiene and Safety
- Maintain personal hygiene and follow food safety and operational standards.
- Wash hands frequently to reduce cross-contamination risks and use PPE when required.
- Report hazards, risks, misconduct, theft, dishonesty, and harassment through the appropriate channels.
- Ensure beverages are safe and free from foreign bodies.
- Clean as you go and complete cleaning tasks to the required standard.
