Role Overview
Batterjee Properties is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista.
The role provides customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and service area.
- Prepare beverages according to quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain stock levels and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Handle customer requests and feedback professionally.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous barista or hospitality experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Barista training can be provided to suitable candidates.
- English language proficiency is required.
