We are looking for a versatile and charismatic **Barista/Waiter** to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a "hospitality hybrid" who is just as comfortable crafting a perfect latte as they are managing a section of tables during a busy lunch rush.
You will be the face of our guest experience, ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service and high-quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- **Beverage Craftsmanship:** Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
- **Table Service:** Greet guests, present menus, take accurate food and drink orders, and serve items promptly.
- **Guest Engagement:** Provide recommendations based on menu knowledge and dietary preferences; handle guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
- **Operational Excellence:** Maintain a clean and organized workstation (bar and dining area), adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- **Teamwork:** Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Requirements & Skills
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or Waiter in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Skill:** Proficiency with manual espresso machines and latte art is highly preferred.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- **Stamina:** Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and multitask under pressure.
- **Flexibility:** Availability to work shifts, including weekends and early mornings/late evenings.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per hour
