About the Role
Excellence Training Centre in Doha is seeking a part-time Barista Trainer to teach coffee preparation and latte art. Candidates need proven barista experience and training skills, with a passion for coffee education.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive barista training programs
- Teach students how to prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Instruct students on coffee bean selection, grinding, and brewing techniques
- Provide hands on training in coffee art, including latte art and other decorative techniques
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and innovations into training programs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a barista with strong skills in coffee preparation and art
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator is highly desirable
- In depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to sharing knowledge
