Drinkit is a tech-driven specialty coffee concept where customers custom-build their drinks through our app and smart kiosks.
We focus on speed, quality, and fun personalization and we’re growing fast across Dubai.
We’re looking for baristas who love great coffee, enjoy working with technology, and can bring good energy to every shift.
What You’ll Do
- Craft specialty beverages with consistency and care
- Follow Drinkit’s customization standards (milk, beans, sweetness, toppings, etc.)
- Assist customers using the app or kiosk
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and efficient
- Maintain equipment and stock levels
- Deliver friendly, quick, and reliable service
- Work smoothly with the team in a fast-paced setup
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a barista is a plus (training available)
- Comfortable using tech systems and digital order screens
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
