Role Overview
Hiring experienced service crew members with barista experience for a new restaurant opening in Raha, Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
- Experience as a server, order taker, and customer service worker.
- Knowledge of cash and POS handling.
- Experience with manual and semi-automatic espresso machines, specialty latte art, and matcha.
- Experience preparing beverages, fresh juices, and iced drinks.
- Experience handling barista equipment.
- Strong verbal communication and a presentable manner.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Candidates with their own visa are preferred; an employment labor card will be processed accordingly.
Station Rotation Duties
- Prepare and serve food items such as salads.
- Complete bakery training.
- Package food for takeaway orders.
- Handle cashier responsibilities.
- Support opening and closing for restaurant dine-in zones.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 2,000 per month.
