- Minimum 3 years of experience in a specialty coffee environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, espresso techniques, and brewing methods
- Energetic, talkative, and sales driven personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced setting
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and across branch locations
