Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages
- Handle food preparation and maintain a clean workstation
- Welcome guests, take orders, and process payments
- Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Uphold brand and service guidelines
- Senior Barista: train and mentor team members
- Senior Barista: oversee shift operations and monitor product quality
- Senior Barista: help maintain inventory and stock levels
Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Barista skills including coffee preparation and equipment handling
- Communication skills for guest and team interaction
- Food preparation skills and understanding of hygiene standards
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic numeracy skills for cash and POS systems
- English proficiency required
- For Senior Barista: experience in guiding team members and overseeing shift operations

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests professionally and create a welcoming environment.
- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including coffee preparation, beverage customization, and basic equipment handling and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members and to support smooth shift coordination.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a café or restaurant setting.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a busy retail coffee environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- For Senior Barista: experience in guiding team members, overseeing operations during shifts, and supporting training.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and POS systems; English proficiency required, additional languages are an advantage.
