About the Role
Hadeem Dates and Sweets is looking for a female Philippino Barista to prepare and serve beverages, provide customer service, and maintain shop cleanliness in Doha. Previous barista or sales experience preferred.

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Sell sweets, pastries, cakes, and beverages.
- Handle cashier duties and process payments.
- Keep the shop, coffee station, and display counters clean and organized.
- Refill stock and ensure products are attractively displayed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or sales assistant is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Honest, friendly, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Willing to work flexible shifts
