Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew, according to company recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and skill
- Customize drink orders based on customer preferences
- Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including coffee preparation area, service counter, and dining area
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly
- Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and disposable cups as needed
- Familiarize with the café's menu offerings to provide accurate information to customers
