Job Overview
- We are opening a new restaurant in Dubai and are looking for an experienced Barista to lead our coffee program from pre opening through daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of proven experience working as a barista in Dubai/UAE (mandatory — must know local coffee culture and expectations)
- Strong espresso and milk texturing skills; able to adjust grind and dial in shots without supervision
- Experience with specialty coffee and latte art is a strong plus
- Ability to work quickly and consistently during peak hours without losing quality
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and cleaning routines
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Valid UAE work visa or ability to transfer visa
