Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive, memorable experience for every guest.
- Take customer orders accurately and confidently, offering product recommendations when appropriate.
- Answer questions about our menu, ingredients, allergens, and customisation options.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Prepare bubble teas, matcha, coffees, desserts, and food items according to Boba Island recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure every product is consistent in quality, appearance, and taste.
- Maintain speed and efficiency during busy service periods without compromising quality.
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
- Prepare delivery orders in a timely manner.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all workstations, customer areas, and equipment.

Store Operations
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
- Prepare delivery orders in a timely manner
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the day.

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
