About the Role
Provide expert knowledge of coffees and pastries in a luxury hospitality setting.
Create and serve hot or cold beverages tailored to guest preferences.
The role requires a can-do attitude, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and similar luxury-setting experience.
What You Will Do
- Use listening and communication skills to interact effectively with coworkers and customers.
- Apply basic coffee knowledge to prepare common coffee beverages.
- Provide customer service and interact positively to prevent or resolve conflicts.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Manage customer requests and assemble beverages accurately with minimal errors.
- Use time management and organizational skills to work efficiently.
What You Bring
- A degree in hotel and restaurant management is preferred.
- Two to four years of experience in restaurant and bar operations.
- Excellent command of English is required.
- Arabic language ability is an advantage.
