- Advise on ingredients, equipment, stock planning, and quality control
- Ensure consistency, efficiency, and a premium guest experience
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of matcha preparation and matcha based beverages
- Experience in barista training, beverage consulting, or café operations
- Ability to create creative, commercial, and brand aligned drink menus
- Hands on experience in café service, pop ups, or beverage events
- Strong communication, coaching, and client facing skills
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and service standards
- English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus

Position Overview
- We are looking for a Part Time Matcha Consultant to support our brand on a project and on call basis.
- The role focuses on training our clients’ barista teams, developing signature matcha based beverage menus, and supporting premium matcha activations.
- This position is ideal for a hands on matcha and beverage specialist who can be called upon when needed.
