Job Summary
The café is seeking a passionate Senior Barista to deliver exceptional coffee experiences through advanced brewing techniques, consistent quality, and customer service.
The Senior Barista serves as the café coffee specialist, mentors team members, maintains equipment, and supports the Café Supervisor or Manager with daily operations.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Coffee and Café Service
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, tea, and other café drinks according to standard recipes.
- Perform espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and manual brewing methods including pour-over, French press, AeroPress, and Chemex.
- Dial in espresso daily and adjust grind settings for optimal flavor and consistency.
- Conduct coffee tastings and maintain quality control for coffee products.
- Prepare and serve sandwiches, pastries, snacks, and other light food items.
- Welcome customers, take orders, process payments, and resolve feedback professionally.
