Role Overview
The role combines barista and waiter duties, including preparing and serving coffee and other beverages and providing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter.
- Provide drink menus, recommend items, upsell products, and take orders.
- Prepare beverages according to recipes and serve them to customers.
- Receive and process cash and credit card payments.
- Keep the bar area clean.
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates.
- Report inventory stock levels and submit daily sales reports.
- Work in various shifts.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with attention to details such as sugar ratios.
- Knowledge of brewing equipment operation.
- Ability to prepare beverages according to recipes.
- Willingness to work various shifts.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
