Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso based beverages to a consistently high standard
- Produce quality milk texturing and basic latte art
- Dial in espresso and adjust grinders throughout the day
- Maintain coffee equipment and perform daily cleaning and maintenance
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Serve customers professionally and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation where required
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of café operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Excellent English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications
