Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to Sophia Café standards.
- Ensure high quality and consistency of drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service and friendly interaction with guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle orders accurately and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous Barista experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista skills is required.
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- Ability to work in shifts is required.
- Commitment, discipline, and teamwork spirit are required.
- Specialty coffee experience is required.
