- Perform precision haircuts including fades, tapers, buzz cuts, scissor cuts, and styling
- Provide beard trimming, shaping, line ups, and traditional hot towel shaves
- Consult clients to understand grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles
- Recommend hair care and grooming products based on client needs
- Ensure all tools and workstations are cleaned, disinfected, and maintained according to UAE hygiene standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Manage appointments efficiently and accommodate walk in clients where possible
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold salon service standards
- Assist in keeping the salon clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Stay updated with the latest men's grooming trends and techniques through continuous learning
