- Provide a variety of men's haircuts and hairstyling services
- Perform beard trimming, shaping, and shaving services
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles
- Use barbering tools and equipment safely and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep up to date with current haircut and grooming trends
- Manage appointments and attend to walk in customers efficiently
- Promote salon products and services when appropriate
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Experience in men's haircuts and hairstyling
- Proficiency in beard trimming, shaping, and shaving
- Knowledge of barbering tools and equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
