- Perform haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling according to client requests and current trends

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation at all times
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure a sanitized environment
- Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Keep up to date with new techniques, tools, and men’s grooming trends
- Assist in promoting salon services and products when appropriate
Requirements
- Proven experience as a barber or men’s stylist
- Strong knowledge of men’s haircut styles and shaving techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid barber license or certificate (if applicable)
