As Barback, you keep the bar running.

You make sure the bartenders have everything they need, keep the bar stocked and spotless, and help the whole team move faster during service.

It is a great place to learn the bar from the ground up.

• Keep the bar stocked with drinks, ice, glassware and garnishes
• Prepare garnishes and get the bar ready before service
• Keep the bar clean, tidy and well organised
• Support the bartenders throughout service
• Help with deliveries and storage areas
• Help with opening and closing duties

What you need

• Some experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel is a plus
• Fast, reliable and happy to keep busy
• A team player who jumps in where needed
• Tidy and organised
• Basic English
