Role overview
Lead bar service operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at Novotel Perth Murray Street.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys beverage service and leading from the floor.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations and lead the team during busy service periods.
- Deliver guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support training, onboarding, development, roster coordination, and shift planning.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages.
- Support beverage recommendations, product knowledge, upselling, stock levels, and inventory.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service, cleanliness, presentation, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel food and beverage environment.
- Strong cocktail, wine, spirits, and general beverage knowledge.
- Current WA RSA certification is required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Previous hotel or premium bar experience is advantageous.
