Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Man to prepare and serve beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Take customer orders politely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, and storage area.
- Ensure stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies are maintained.
- Check customer identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Handle cash, billing, and POS transactions accurately.
- Recommend drinks and promotions to customers.
- Monitor customer behavior and report any issues to management.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in bar inventory and stock control.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender / Bar Man preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Basic cash handling and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
