- **Operations:** Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food and beverage presentation.
- **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- **Financial Management:** Track sales, manage budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory to maximize profitability.
- **Guest Relations:** Interact with patrons, gather feedback, and promptly resolve any complaints to build customer loyalty.
- **Compliance:** Enforce food safety, hygiene, and local licensing regulations across the premises.
- **Marketing & Events:** Coordinate promotional events and contribute to menu development to drive foot traffic
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
