Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of banking clients
- Build strong business relationships and serve as a primary contact for financial services inquiries
- Assess client needs and propose appropriate banking products
- Monitor account performance and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high quality service delivery
- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for cross selling
- Support risk management activities within the assigned portfolio
Requirements
- Strong Business Relationship Management skills, including stakeholder engagement and client retention
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support informed decision making
- Knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, with familiarity in banking products and regulatory considerations
- Experience in Portfolio Management, including monitoring performance and optimizing client portfolios
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing priorities both on site in Dubai and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in banking, corporate finance, or client relationship roles is highly beneficial
