Off-Cycle Internship Overview
Join an off-cycle internship lasting 3–6 months.
Gain extended exposure to investment banking work and culture compared with a summer internship.
Work within a Banking team and gain insight into life as a full-time analyst.
Programme Activities
- Participate in financial advisory, capital raising, financing and risk management activities.
- Work on financial analysis and modelling, valuation, industry research and client due diligence.
- Develop written materials such as offering memoranda and new business presentations.
- Collaborate on live deals, client pitches and cross-functional business initiatives.
- Develop financial models and strategies that support investment banking decisions.
Role Accountabilities
- Participate in the day-to-day activities of the Investment Banking division.
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases and support the launch of new products and services.
- Manage client relationships, answer product and service questions and process transactions under decreasing supervision.
- Participate in training and development programmes.
