- Advise a diverse client base, including financial institutions, sponsors, corporates, and funds, on a broad range of banking and finance matters
- Work on complex regional and international transactions, often with a cross border element
- Advise on general banking and finance transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and structured finance
- Draft, review, and negotiate facility agreements and related security documentation
- Support regulatory and advisory matters within the banking and financial services sector
- Manage transactions independently and work closely with partners and clients
- Coordinate with international counsel on cross border deals
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience (PQE) in banking and finance law
- Strong background in general banking and finance transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters under tight deadlines
- Offshore experience is preferred but not required
- Exposure to international or cross border transactions is advantageous

Role Overview
