HIRING: Banking Business Analyst – Retail Banking \| Qatar
Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced **Retail Banking Business Analyst** to support transformation initiatives across **digital banking, core banking systems, and retail operations**.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document **retail banking business and functional requirements**
- Prepare **BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process maps, and UAT scenarios**
- Work across **CASA, deposits, cards, loans, onboarding, and digital banking**
- Map **customer journeys (current & future state)** including controls and SLAs
- Coordinate with **business, IT, compliance, risk, and vendor teams**
- Support **SIT/UAT, defect tracking, go-live, and stabilization**
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in **banking/financial services**
- Strong **retail banking domain experience (mandatory)**
- Experience in **core banking, digital banking, cards, loans, or branch operations**
- Expertise in **BRD/FSD documentation, process mapping, and UAT coordination**
- Understanding of **KYC, compliance, and banking processes**
