We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worke r with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll be working flexible bank shifts at Elston House.

E lston House is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may also present with behaviours that challenge.

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required

• Salary: £13.00 per hour (+12.1% A/L allowance)
