Position Overview

  • The Bakery Supervisor will handle all pre booked customer orders placed online, over the phone, or via WhatsApp. This role involves coordinating with delivery platforms, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle pre booked orders placed online, over the phone, and through WhatsApp.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all pre booked orders.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers to facilitate smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched on time.
  • Manage online orders via platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, and Careem, while maintaining strong relationships with platform representatives.
  • Share marketing and promotional details with management to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain and update customer and client databases with accurate order and contact information.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks and ensure accurate updates in the SAPAD system.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate records using the POS system.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in a sales or customer service role within the F&B industry in UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS and SAPAD systems is required.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for handling pre booked orders.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to resolve customer concerns and operational challenges effectively.
  • Team Player: A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and cross functional teams.

Compensation

  • Attractive Salary, Incentive and Other Benefits.
  • Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 (all inclusive). Offered based on your experience and qualification.
